-A Will is an individual's written wish about how their estate (both real and personal property will be distributed after their death. -A trust is a written agreement property interest held by a trustee at the request of a grantor for the benefit of a third party. This is generally created to care for a person once the grantor has died. -A guardian is assigned to care for another living person when they do not have the capacity to care for themselves. A Guardian of the Person would be responsible for custody and care of the person. A Guardian of the Estate would be responsible for managing finances. 1st consultation fee $100.00
